Beautiful cover

Drawn by the cute cover and blurb. Read it alone first. Loved it! Then read it to my kids. Great reaction. They were hooked from the start and kept asking for more.
Really fun and original. Overall, a great purchase. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Loved it!

Loved it. Herb is such a cool dude but he just can’t stop lying. That is until his tall yarns get him noticed for all the wrong reasons. Then it’s a battle for survival with his tail on the line. A great read.

absolutely adorable read with a wonderful lesson

Little Mouse with the Big Mouth by J.A. Kahn was an absolutely adorable read with a wonderful lesson woven throughout the story! Herbert Donkley, a tiny mouse with an enormous imagination, loves telling tall tales especially to his trusting best friend, Hazel. But when one of Herb’s fibs lands them in real danger, he learns that words have consequences.

This story was super cute from beginning to end. The characters are charming, the adventure is engaging and the message about telling the truth and being a good friend is delivered seamlessly.

This was a heartwarming story that will have little readers entertained while also teaching an important life lesson.

An enthralling tale!

I read this book since the author had posted it in a FB group as a Kindle Unlimited book needing reviews.

I am a mom of older teens but also worked with children in the past, so I thought I'd see what I thought.

I was quickly drawn into this woodland tale with a great moral about lying. I found myself engrossed and wondering what would happen next.

I would highly recommend this as a great book for students around 3rd grade, and it's a book that parent/teacher and students alike would enjoy.
